Aside from the lady in charge of organising your lessons and the owner (both of whom seem dedicated to providing an excellent service) I’ve only dealt with my son’s music teacher (again – a complete professional and great with bringing my son on!) I’ve been torn as to how to rate the NMC. Originally 3 stars for the venue (because the working relationship is with the music teacher – who I wouldn’t hesitate to give 5 stars). After consideration that would give an unfair impression of the dedication of the people running this place. Perhaps 4 stars to reflect that I don’t know the other teachers?
