During probate proceedings, I appreciate how straightforward it is to appoint executors who can ensure assets are distributed fairly among beneficiaries. It’s also highly valuable that they offer guidance while clients are still alive, providing clarity and reassurance well in advance.
Clients can also assign lasting power of attorney to make serious decisions about their health and well-being. I found this useful for instances of dementia or Alzheimer’s.
However, they don’t have a dedicated system for trusts, which is common in other firms.
